An implant overdenture is a removable denture that no longer rests loosely on your gums - instead it anchors onto a small number of dental implants placed in the jaw. The connection is made by locator attachments: discreet, button-style connectors where a low-profile abutment on each implant clicks into a matching nylon housing inside the base of the denture. The result is a bite that feels stable and confident while you eat and speak, yet still lifts out easily at the end of the day for thorough cleaning. For many patients it is a transformative step up from a traditional gum-borne denture that slips, rocks, or needs adhesive.

The locator system is built around replaceable nylon inserts that sit inside the denture and grip the abutments.
