Quality Report

Annual Quality Report

Audited outcome and quality figures, published as they are compiled.

We are compiling our outcome and quality figures into a documented annual report. Until it is published, we would rather show nothing than an unverified number.

First report in preparation

Our first Annual Quality Report is being compiled.

We would rather publish nothing than an unverified figure. This page sets out exactly what our Annual Quality Report will contain and how each figure will be measured — the numbers themselves will appear only once they have been compiled and internally audited.

What we already report

These headline figures are defined once in our data and reused across the whole site, so the number you read here is the number we report everywhere.

Metrics being compiled

The measures below are the ones a hospital-grade quality report should carry. Each will be published with its reporting period and how it was measured. Until then, every figure is available on request.

How each figure will be measured

A quality report is only meaningful if every number carries its method. For each measure we publish, we will state the reporting period, the population it covers, and how it was collected — internal audit, structured recall follow-up, lab quality control, patient survey, or our live public profile.

We will not borrow generic industry figures and present them as our own. Where a measure depends on long-term follow-up we do not yet hold, we will say so plainly rather than fill the gap with an estimate.

  • Reporting period stated for every figure
  • Measurement method named for every figure
  • Internally audited before publication
  • No borrowed or estimated numbers

We deliberately do not reuse the longevity ranges quoted on our treatment pages here: an annual quality report must carry our own audited figures, each with its period and method, or nothing at all.

Why we publish this at all

Almost no dental clinic publishes a yearly quality report the way a hospital does. Choosing to measure ourselves against that standard — and to show the frame before we have every number — is itself the point. It is how a clinic earns trust: not by claiming outcomes, but by committing to report them.
