Often, yes. The All-on-4 technique angles the posterior implants to use available bone, and where needed we perform bone augmentation or sinus lifts in-house — both on the published price list. A CBCT scan gives the definitive answer; start with the free remote assessment.
In immediate-loading cases — which depend on bone quality confirmed at surgery — a fixed temporary bridge is attached within about 24 hours. Where staged healing is safer, we say so plainly in your plan rather than promise same-day teeth to everyone.
Plan 5–7 days for the surgical visit and about 5–7 days for the final-bridge visit a few months later. Airport pickup and hotel guidance are arranged for you.
